Justin Shifflett joined our firm in 2010, after receiving his Associates Degree in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College.  He quickly proved his value.  He excels in management of cases and has an outstanding recollection of facts and issues.  Mr. Shifflett’s computer skills are remarkable and he uses them daily to help develop the most minute details of claims.  Our clients are well-pleased with his natural ability to communicate all types of issues pertaining to cases.

Mr. Shifflet has demonstrated a remarkable skill in different aspects of the operation of the law firm.  Although his top priorities and interests are our clients, Justin has demonstrated a vast knowledge in operating a computer network and providing assistance in advanced technology.  Although the law firm still has a need to use paper files, much effort has gone into digitalizing our filing system and using devices such as iPhones, iPads and remote programs/back-up systems.
